Terms & Conditions

Last updated 11 August 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and Dynamics MCP for the use of Dynamics MCP. By creating an account you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not create an account.

1.Who you are contracting with

Dynamics MCP is operated by Dynamics MCP, trading as a sole trader. In these terms “we”, “us” and “our” mean Dynamics MCP; “you” means the person or organisation using the service.

Where payments are enabled, they are handled by Paddle acting as merchant of record. In that case Paddle is the seller for the transaction and its own terms also apply to the purchase.

2.The service

Dynamics MCP is a hosted Model Context Protocol (MCP) server. You create an API key and point an MCP-capable AI client at our endpoint. Your agent can then create and modify a data model held in your account.

The service is under active development. Features may change, and we may add, alter or withdraw functionality. Where a change materially reduces what a paid plan provides, we will tell you before it takes effect.

3.Your account

  • You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract.
  • The information you give us at sign-up must be accurate, and you must keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, including anything an AI agent does using your API key.
  • One person or organisation per account. Do not share credentials with people outside your organisation.

4.API keys

An API key is shown once, at creation. We store only a SHA-256 hash of it, so we cannot recover or re-display a key you have lost. You can revoke it and generate another. Keep keys secret: anyone holding a key can act on your account.

If you believe a key has been exposed, revoke it immediately from your dashboard. Revocation takes effect on the next request. You remain responsible for use made of a key before it was revoked.

5.Plans, limits and fair use

Each plan includes a number of API tool calls per month and a maximum number of API keys that may be active at once. The current figures are on the pricing page and in your dashboard.

Limits are enforced by the service, not merely advertised. When a plan's monthly allowance is exhausted and no credits remain, further API calls are refused until the next period or until credits are added. Credits are consumed only by calls beyond the included allowance.

We may suspend or rate-limit an account that places a disproportionate load on the service, attempts to circumvent limits, or creates multiple accounts to obtain additional free allowance.

6.Acceptable use

You must not use the service to:

  • break the law, or infringe anyone's rights, including intellectual property rights;
  • store or process content you have no right to store or process;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service, other accounts, or the systems it runs on;
  • probe, scan, load-test or reverse engineer the service without our written permission;
  • resell or white-label the service without our written permission.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches this clause. Where the breach is not serious and can be put right, we will normally ask you to fix it first.

7.Your content

You keep ownership of everything you create through the service. You grant us only the licence we need to host, process, back up and display it to you, that is, to run the service. We do not claim any other rights over it.

You are responsible for having the right to put that content into the service in the first place.

8.Availability

We aim to keep the service available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and no service level is guaranteed unless separately agreed in writing. We may take the service down for maintenance, and will try to give notice where the work is planned.

9.Payment and refunds

Prices are shown on the pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation stops future billing and takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

10.Ending the agreement

You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may end this agreement if you breach these terms, if we are required to by law, or if we discontinue the service. In the last case we will give reasonable notice and refund any prepaid, unused subscription period.

When an account is closed, its data is deleted in line with our Privacy Policy. Export anything you need before closing it.

11.Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Subject to that: the service is provided “as is”; we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, business, goodwill or data; and our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period, or USD 100 if you paid us nothing.

Output generated by AI agents is not verified by us. The service exposes tools to a model you control; what it decides to do with them is not our decision. Check the results before relying on them, particularly before applying anything to a production system.

12.Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is material we will give reasonable notice by email or in the product before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms; if you do not, you can cancel.

13.Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, and the courts of Lebanon have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of protections available under the law of your own country of residence.
